Homeindoor stated on website that product was in stock. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, including calls that went unanswered (phone mailbox was full) they were emailed and responded "Since your order is being shipped to an address other than your billing address we perform security varification prior to processing the order".
I called Santo Polanco that day, provided the information requested; and was told the product would be shipped the following Monday. A week later an email was sent to confirm shipment. Homeindoor stated "Please contact our office at 347-275-4075 at your earliers convinience" and conveyed they had the same problem with a different shipping address. I have shipped over twenty internet orders this Christmas with no company indicating this problem.
I asked them to cancel the order if they could not ship the product. They responded, "Just a FYI, the item is still in stock and ready to ship, if you change your mind". I asked them to ship the product or cancel the order and Homeindoor cancelled the order charging a 5% cancellation fee.
This is obviously NOT AT COMPANY THAT STOCK PRODUCTS and was using the shipping address issue to allow time for them to acquire the product. They claim they tried to contact me, however, they left no phone messages.
