Ripped me off, deceiving, caused me to be overdrawn 10303 norris ave

I ordered strutz for 10.00 plus 6.99 shipping and handling, and was to get second or. For just the shipping of 6.99. When I got my order they charged me 47.96. I was furious, it caused me to be overdrawn in my checking. It shouldnly cost me. 23.98 not 47.96.
