The company solicited me on the phone to try their product with a free sample and to pay only the shipping charges for 99 cents. I was billed 99 cents and $1.03 and received 2 products. I have not tried the products yet and they are unopened. I tried to use my credit card to make a purchase and it was denied.
I looked up my account on line and found a charge of $78 from BelleBrite that I did not authorize which caused my to be over my limit. When I called the number listed on the charge, I was told it is not their policy to give refunds even if I returned the product. The person on the phone refused to let me talk to his supervisor and when I asked for their address so I could write a letter to the company, he said he was not allowed to give out their address. What kind of RIPOFF is this??
