I feel the same way, that I was scammed. I also, signed up for a free trail offer. I was on my computer and an ad popped up for a free trail of BelleBrite teeth whitening. The only thing I would be charged is 3.87 shipping and 1.03 handling, which seemed fair. A month later my credit card statement showed a charge of 78.41 from Bellaclear. I called the number listed for the charged that was on my statement and they said I had to cancelled within a certain time frame. I told the company this doesn't sound like a free trail offer and that it was misleading and false advertisement and wanted a refund. I was told they could not do a refund because I didn't cancel. The company said I will cancel you now to avoid any other shipments. I feel like they stoled my money. I then called the number listed on the BellaBrite package. I also was told I could not get a refund. The lady I spoke with at BellaBrite said BellaBrite and Bellaclear is the same company. I thought I was very careful in looking at the fine print, but I was fooled.
