My husband called THE facility and spokew/terry. U he esplained i had m.S.& walked w/a cane. He was told 24 care dr. On site, no stairs etc. I fell out of bed twice and laid there for several hours. I never got a full tour of the facility. Also we recieved a tour of THE NICE PLACE ON ST. MARYS LAKE and that is were he thought i was going to be. After he left they put myself and a few others in a van and took us about 15 min away to a very bad area and there we were left. They did have a nursing office and every night at 1 & 3 security came, knocked and said meds. I had to get out of bed walk down a long hall to get my meds, they would not bring then to me/if we do it for you we have to do it for everyone. I was also in a all male hallway i was at the end, their were 6 men across from my room and the pore guy next to me could not take care of himself. Me and another male pt. Made sure he got showered, fed and had cig. I would not shut his door and check on him during the night. And no staff members ever helped this poor gentlemen. They told my husband no stairs, you had to go down 2 flights to do laundry and go to the adult lounge & sauna i almost fell more than once. Also he told them i could NOT go into a hot tub or sauna, THEY WILL MAKE HAVE A M.S. Relapse. They told me that it was PART of detox & if i did not i would not go to stAge 2 THE NICE PLACE. I really felt like i was in prison, chow lines med lines and no 24 care. I finally did go into a very bad m.S. Relapse, between the hot tub, sauna, stairs& all the walking i was in bad shape plus detoxing. Finally a very nice security guard called my husband &he picked me up and i went straight to my own dr. THEY LIED TO GET ME IN THEIR and would not talk to us untill we gave tham their$3,000. There is more but their is no more room
