Recieved a bill, called Apria. Was told they hadn't submitted to my insurance but would do and send a new bill. A month later I get a call from a collection agency for $10.36 which I paid at time of call.
Apria calls me monthly to see if I need supplies. They could have easily just mailed me a bill for the $10.36 and received payment and avoided embarrassing me and avoided the cost to them which they will be passing onto their customers.
