My doctor order a prescription. Caremark substituted what they wanted to for the prescription. When I called Caremark to advise them the substituted medicine is one that caused severe side effects. They stated it was my doctors fault, Caremark could take one of my refills and give me the correct generic brand but I still have to pay the copay for the right one and the wrong one. Obviously they have no customer service standards, even after arguing my case they basically said they cant write off things, that would cost them money... Even when the error was on their part
