On May 27 I ordered a prescription from www.enoplace.com website. The website reported that the product was shipped June 2 but I never received it. My bank account was debited for $246 shortly after June 2.
The website provides no customer support e-mail address or any other information - it does have a feature which allows you to inquire about an order, but all the site does is post a generic, canned response if they post anything at all. No specific questions are answered and there is no other way to try to resolve issues.
