Takes orders, doesn't deliver or respond to inquiries

Ordered May 12. The website states to allow 5-10 business days.

May 30 - the seed order has not arrived. Sent e-mail inquiring about order status. Got no response.

June 11 - sent e-mail canceling order due to lack of response and, of course, not having received my order.

July 3 - suddenly received e-mail from Specialty Perennials that my order had shipped. This was weeks after I had canceled my order.

July 13 - still had not received my order. Sent e-mail. Got no response.

July 15 - sent e-mail titled "Garden WatchDog: Should I file a negative report?" Got no response.

July 24 - found their phone number and called. No person answered, not surprisingly, and I had to leave a message on an answering machine. I did, finally, post a review on Garden Watchdog where many others have reported similar experiences with this company.
