I tried to read the entire website to make sure that I was not signing up for some auto-ship program or membership. Nowhere could I find this statement so I went ahead and ordered believing that this additional information could come on the invoice in tiny, tiny print.
When the product arrived I was surprised to see all of the additional supplements plus there was no invoice at all. I thought the coast was clear...
Then I received some junk mail from a company I had never heard of that I almost through out unopened. I decided to open it and found that I had been enrolled in some sort of membership. There was no mention of a fee but I'd like to believe that I am no fool and called to cancel. I asked the customer service agent how i got signed up and she told me it was Natural Relief for Women.
Today, I was looking at my credit card statement online and discovered the charge from Natural Relief for almost $90. That is such bull!!! I phoned them right away and got the typical run-around but demanded that charges be removed. I got my authorization number and return address but I am not confident that they will do the right thing. I will dispute it with my credit card company if they don't comply.
I wish I had seen this website before ordering as I see that someone else filed a report too.
