It has been 14 months since I first sent in a cancellation letter. Planet Fitness employees refuse to acknowledge my letter. I even went as far as to remove all money from my bank account and now, in addition to removing money monthly is to say I owe $200 for not having the money in my account for 2 months. I just sent another cancellation letter and they still took out the monthly fee. I called the franchise and the employee who answered the phone said the manager was out, she DID NOT have the number for corporate, and yes, none of the employees there knew anything. Corporate's number is 603-750-0001... Its in New Hampshire.
