Bally total fitness - cancellation dept

I sent the cancellation letter to the Cancellation Dept. As requeried by Ballys on 12/05. This cancellation was sent US Postal Service Certified Mail to Baly Total Fitness, PO Box 96241, Washington, DC 20090. Bally received the letter of cancellation and totally ignored it and kept billing me till this date.

I have called the credit card company to dispute the charges on a monthly basis with not sucess. I have also tried to contact Ballys and all I get is automatic machine, which is no help.
