I recently moved and notified CVS Caremark to please send my prescription to my new address. When I didn't receive the prescription, I called the 800 number, and was told that I never called them. I spoke to a supervisor who confirmed I did call, but was not able to assist with the charge. I was charged $135 for a prescription I didn't receive. I escalated to another group, girl's name was Jessica Bredlinger, she told me she would call in a couple days with an update. Its been over two weeks and she has yet to return any of my calls. Worst customer service I've ever gotten. Unfortunately my new company uses caremark for their prescriptions too, but I will tell everyone I know how awful your company is.
