On October 15 I order Day Cream and wanted it every 6 months. The next month I received an overdraft letter from my bank along with a $25.00 fee. I called New Vitality to tell them I did not authorize them to send the product or debt my account. They told me that I spoke to the "sales" department to order the product and needed to call back the customer service department to schedule it for every 6 months. The sales department never told me anything. I am still waiting for the return label they told me they were going to send along with 1/2 of the reimbursement for the return.
I will never order another thing from this compnay. They are hard to reach, and they lack in customer service. Their employees are robots only say the same thing over and over again. Then after the frustrating conversation they still try and sell you something. They do not take NO for an answer.
I am sorry I did not reach this website before ordering from this horrible company!
