Warning: Stay Away From New Vitality
Bottom Line: This company cannot be trusted. It's not just being sent a product I did not want and being charged, I've had to waste a lot of time calling them and then being frustrated because they don't really seem to hear what I'm saying. I'm now exploring other options with my credit card company.
Very little cooperation from the "customer service" person I spoke with. I am wondering if I will be reimbursed... That remains to be seen. I am also left wondering if I will receive more of this unwanted product in another three months. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me, and I'm damn unhappy about it.
