I order New Vitality Product over the phone to see if it would work. I told the saleperson I DID NOT want to be on autoship. Tried the product and it didn't work for me. No Problem wasn't on auto pay. I wasn't even going to return the bottle for my refund. I then recieved a second bottle in the mail which I did not order and did not authorize to be charged on my credit card. I called the company and they said they would refund 41.94 minus $3 restocking and the shipping of $6.99 and I would have to pay the return postage. I argued with them and then they agreed to refund the total of $41.94 but I would still have to pay the return shipping and only when they recieved it would my credit card be credited. Called the credit card company and they are sending me the paper work to dispute the charges I am NOT GIVING THIS COMPANY ONE MORE CENT OF MY MONEY. Pretty sad... This company will not be in business long with this kind of customer service!!!
