I responed to a tv advertisement for a free trial of Rogisnen. I called and allowed them to bill for shipping only of the free product. They sent me two months supply and have billed my credit card for seventy dollars. They did not have permission to do so. I called them and spoke to a young man who talked to his supervisor and wanted to make a deal and give me thirty five dollars back and let me keep the two month supply of Rogisen that they sent me.
I said no way, I have reported them to the better business bureau and the fcc for false advertising and will now fight with my credit card company to reverse the charges. They do not disclose in the free sample that they are enrolling you in a membership in fact there was nothing in the package except the product.
