I have a plan which costs 15.00 month, the company took it upon themselves to start withdrawing 30.00 month out of my bank account

I have been paying for ameriplanUSA plan for years. I used to have the whole package which includes dental/vision/prescriptions and later chiropractic for the family at $35 month. I downgraded my plan to vision/rx only at $15 month.

All payments have been drawn directly from my checking account. I requested several times that i drop the plan. I didn't even know I was still paying for AMeriplanUSA until i recieved my last bank statement. Lo and Behold, I am gettng dunned for $30. A month.
