I purchased SENSA on line, then decided against using it as it did not describe exactly what is in it. I called and was able to get through one time, they said to try it and they would extend my trial out to 9-16
I called back wanting the RMA number to return to product, numerorus phone calls long periods of waiting on the phone, up to 30 minutes one time and still no one came on.
Called not putting in my customer number then called back with the number still no one answered the phone, went to music and on hold.
I went to the internet site and sent an email to customer service, they did respond and said to contact by phone, I infomed them I just get placed on hold and no one ever comes on. They also stated you could cancel on line on my account, so I did as they instructed, I got to the part where you were to click on product to cancel, it would not take you to the next page for the cancellation and the RMA number to return the product.
I continued calling and emailing on the web page, I then checked my online bank statement on 9-16 and SENSA deducted the money from my account.
I still have the product and would return to them and I them to credit the money back to my bank account.
