Sensa sent me a free sample very quickly, however the product just wasn't what I needed. It was stated very clearly that I could return the sample within so many days (14 or 30, I can't remember) no questions asked. I returned the product with a delivery confirmation from the post office and thank goodness I didn't throw that slip away! It took them ahwile, but charge my bank account #89.95 Sensa certainly did, Two Months Later!
When I had an online chat with the representative (because it's quite difficult to reach a human with a customer service issue) I was told that the warehouse had no record of receiving the returned product, and that my trial sample period had expired so they charged me the full price for the free sample. After I gave them my delivery confirmation number they immediately issued a full refund. If I hadn't purchased the confirmation slip I would have been without a product And lost my money. This is just a warning, if you want to try Sensa free, and it doesn't work for you, you need to prove you sent the product back. They will not admit that they received it without proof.
