Purchased a trial for the cost of shipping, $7.95

I was under the assumption that this is a trial to see what the product was about and if it works for me. I tried it as much as I could but I was always forgetting to take the stuff with me or forget to use it. But when it came close to the 30 days I didn't want anymore of the product so I contacted Sensa via the website to cancel the product. The only option i was given was to extend to see if I can use the product. Well that didn't work either so next time I tried to cancel the website kept putting me in a loop click here to cancel get to that page and it tells me to click here to cancel. So by time I got hold of someone they told me not to worry that I would not be charged no any product shipped out and that there would be no further commitment to this company for any more product or membership in their program.

The next week my VISA was charged ($89.95) for either a product I have not received or the "free" trial which I purchased for $7.95 shipping. The charge was made without my authorization.

When I called for a refund I was told by a representative that read the "company bull" regarding their program and return policy. And that a refund will not be given and I should have read the documentation and policy. The problem is I gave them authorization to charge my card for the shipping and nothing else.

Have filed complaint and dispute with PNC, and am pursuing refunds or reversal of charges.
