I called the office on 8/27 to make yet a 3rd appointment for the same exact tooth pain and I spoke with Dan, office staff man, and He completely disrespected me and insulted me and belittled my tooth pain that all began when Dr. Cowan did a filling on a molar that supposedly had a crack in it.
Prior to Dr. Wesley Cowan finding the supposed crack, I had no pain or problems like I have been having for the past 2 months now since he insisted that I needed a filling in it otherwise I would need a root canal. I reluctantly agreed, thinking Dr. Cowan was going to fix my tooth when in turn he made it immensely worse. He did the filling 2 months ago and since I have been back to have it looked at because of the immense pain I continued to have. I still can’t even chew on that side. The dr. Played it off like I was coming into waste his time and smoothed my tooth out but it has not helped at all.
I have been living with immense headaches and tooth pain since the filling and when I called on 8/27 to make yet another appointment, I spoke with Dan. He was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. He said "there is no way you are having pain from a filling and all of us here in the office think you are making it up." He then said "that everyone in the office are over it" and continued to insult me and be very condescending. I told him he was very wrong and being extremely rude to me and he said "I don’t care, I’m telling you want we all think of you."
I will probably need a root canal because the dr. Ruined my tooth but rest assured I will be going to a different dentist.
Whatever you do don’t go to this dentist office. Everyone there is completely money oriented and extremely rude and mean, especially Dan and Dr. Wesley Cowan.
