Horrible customer service, I won't be back

Complaint / review text:
I've been a faithful Lancome client for several years and requested from their site often. Fourteen days before, I requested 2 items, so when I obtained my bundle, there is only one within the container. I named customer support plus they explained they'd talk to the supervisor and contact me back within 24-48 hours. I never received an answer. I published a contact after 48-hours had handed, plus they also never answered. Terrible customer support. I will not be back. Steer clear.
