Horrible, terrible, terrible customer support. I requested 6 laboratory jackets embroidered on both sides. I the unique demands I requested the title be stitched two inches above the wallet rather than the typical one-inch. I inquired if which was an issue to phone or mail me and offered both my telephone number and current email address. I received no-call or mail. I obtained the laboratory jackets and in the place of two inches and sometimes even one-inch they stitched the title half inch above the wallet. I instantly named talked with client NO SUPPORT and was informed someone might contact me within 24 hours. No-call No mail. No support. No-return company. Steer clear!!!
