Just visited Macys at 170 O'Farrell st, San Francisco, CA. I had the worst customer service experience at Lancome counter. Sales assistant (HER NAME IS ALLA - she might from Eastern Europe, based on her accent) refused to help me and said go to another Lancome counter because she is too tired and busy. She said, she has been working since 7:30am and when I told her about bad attitude and worst customer service she had... She called the security with no reason.
I went to another counter and called the manager (Jennifer) and she apologized what just happened. Macys, why do you hire someone
- who refuse to serve customer
- complains her work shift
- lazy
- not friendly
- no work etiquette
- sounded annoyed
Do not go to macys lancome counter.
