I had been thinking about the triple-play bundle from Time-Warner and named customer support. Once I had been ready to keep in touch with somebody they advised me that I really could not obtain the triple-play bundle for $89.99 since I'm current client. I indicated my frustration with TW and requested to consult with a boss. The client support representative explained speaking with a boss wouldn't aid simply because they do not have the ability to regulate pricing or agree pricing. I mentioned I'd nevertheless prefer to talk to a boss to state my frustration. The repetition explained they'd contact me within twenty four hours and that I never received a phone.

Today I am aware having campaigns for brand new client to attract new company. But think about looking after your current clients? Personally I think it's really unjust that the active dedicated client isn't ready to truly have a comparable present. Once more I am aware providing a brand new client a cost split but how can Time-Warner sense it's reasonable to get a faithful current client to pay for nearly a $1,000.00 annually more for that same support? Having a company concept such as this it's difficult to get a client to not take a look at additional options.
