I recently had the exact scenario happen while attempting to order from extreme-fitness.net. They send a confirmation that the money was picked up by Western Union (I should of known better!) then you get an email that your order is paid and looks official. The next email I received was that my order was shipped but the representative "Steve" said that their shipping department didn't send the tracking number.
Upon inquiring about the date it was shipped this customer guy "Steve" says "do you think you are our only order?" and is kind of rude on email. I respond that I was just checking on the status of when it was shipped. After a few emails of me giving my order number to him repeatedly when he requested it, I would receive a short email with misspelled words saying he was checking on it.
The emails read as if it is some person from a foreign country who doesn't understand the English language well, at all. I would really like to get a physical address or any info on this company. I'll eventually catch up with them...
