In November my husband and I signed up for a 10 year program for $6,500.00 with Heart Check America. We were concerned about their financial strength so Susan K Dyck, consultant, had her manager come in and he convinced us they were a strong, viable company located all over the country. There was quite a bit of pressure to sign up and they quickly made arrangements for a loan with GE Carecredit. Now the scam begins. We had our first body scan right away in November. It took us 4 months to get the report and approximately 30 phone calls to get it. The MD was Kimberly Burkholtz.in April we made an appointment for both of us for our virtual colonoscopy. On May 2nd, we both prepared for the colonscopy and on the 3rd, went to our appointment. The offices were closed. We waited 1 1/2 hours - still no one. We called 1800 heart check and got an answering service. We left a message. We called the Denver office and left a message. We then called several other locations to find out the status and only received a recorded message at each of them. We have left several messages without any return calls. This is the biggest scam ever. Do not buy their program. I am angry that GE Carecredit would approve doing business with this company. Our $6500.00 is down the drain.
