I answered an ad for a free heart scan. When I went there they talked me into a 5-year plan for full body scans. They did the first scan and gave me a DVD with the scan on it. There was no Doctor consultation with it. When I played it on a computer, it was useless, I couldn't decipher it.
The billing is done through Conrad Acceptance Corporation (P.O. Box 469109, Escondido.ca). It was first set up through Mastercard, but they stopped paying, then they started billing me directly. I haven't paid anything since Mastercard stopped paying.
Later, I read that Heartcheck America had been closed down in Colorado. I never recieved any communication from Heartcheck America. I have continued to receive billing statements from Conrad, although none in the last few months.
