I ordered the free sample thinking that I'd only try it out. But the next month i had a new charge to my account of 127.57 and i didn't order or agree to a thing. I've called the customer service line and was told i'd get a 50% refund. Weeks later still no refund. Call again and given the support email address. STILL no refund. Now on my third try email doesn't go through. I'm mad and i want my money back!
