I have used this company for several years without a problem. I moved in June and ordered supplies subsequent to the move, sent to my new address. This went smoothly. Then the current problem occurred:
Theymisdirected the product I ordered in December to my old address. I wrote and asked for a replacement, but they insisted I had ordered it sent to the prior address and refused to replace it.
I phoned the new residents of my old house and discovered that they were holding the package. UPS agreed to pick it up and send it back to Allegro Medical, but Allegro Medicalcompany put in writing that they do not intend toforward it to my new address, nor did they offer a refund.
There are hundrds of complaints filed against this company with the Better Business Bureau.
