It is sad to read so many reports (232) about Allegro Medical refusing to give Refunds to customers who followed all their return policy guidelines, and after many, many attempts and requests, by phone and Email, for a refund. I even wrote a registered letter to Mr Craig Hood, president of the company, and did not get a response. It has been three months since my return and I, like so many other customers, may Never see a refund. I too, believe a "class action suit" should be initiated against this company.
