I ordered a walking vest from Allegro Medical on june 5.
When the vest didn't come by June 29th, I called and cancelled the order.
The customer rep said they would credit my visa account. A month later, when the charge was not removed. I called again. They apologized and said they would immediately credit my account.in August, when the charge still was not removed, I called and talked with customer service, who apologized and said they would immediately credit account. I made at least 10 follow-up calls. Each time, the same thing, they were working on crediting the account. It is now October, and they still haven't credited account.
