I purchase a lot of medical supplies for my wife, who has MS. I also order underpads for my 4 dogs & my daughter's 4 dogs. I ordered Harmonie underpads from allegromedical.com for my daughter & me. We both have purchased different types & sizes, so we are usually pretty picky about what we buy.
The underpads were delivered within 2 days, which was exceptional, but the product we got wasn't the product we ordered. We got an inferior product, which I wont name here. The ones we got (6 cases of them, 150 per case), were thin & barely absorbed any liquid.
I called Allegro Medicalto complain. They told me I could return the unopened boxes for a refund, but now the price has gone way up & there's a delivery charge, so I would lose money by returning them. Besides that, after reading this website, there's a pretty good chance my returned boxes would disappear. I wrote to their customer service & the president of Allegro Medical, Craig Hood, but haven't received any response at all, nothing.
I am sick of companies doing whatever they want without concern of their customers. I wont be calling them any more, no more e-mails to complain, they don't care. The only way I can get even is to not buy from them & to inform other potential customers of their shady practices & non service customer service. Hopefully, they will lose some business & see that they can't crap on their customers.
