My mother went to the tioga nursing facility for a step down program to get better and go home, but that never happened because they could not care for her, they did not know what to do, she was on a machine and they did not know how to run it, they even had a tape to show them how to use it, but they were to stupid or did not care, me and my sister cathy were their all the time to help her, they even ask us to stay all night cause they could not take care of her, they forgot her medicine and did not record things.
My ma was 69 yrs. Old and should have lived a few years more, but she passed away because of that terrable place, we turned them into the health dept. And all they got was a slap on the wrist, we tried other things but they said my ma would have only lived a few years cause of her age, this is bull and they should have been shut down, i would never want anyone to go there cause they will not get taken care of
