After working at this nursing home as a C.N.A., I was not paid. After I threatened to file a wage claim with the Dept. Of Labor, or sue them in small claims court, I was finaly paid what was owed me.
But now I am blackballed in every nursing home in Arizona.
I have been a CNA in good standing for over 10 years. How could one company have the power to do this?
C.N.A.'s and any other persons in the nursing field should stay away from this company.
Does anyone have any advice or help for me?
