Court ripoff The towns gone broke so don't stop here, or you'll get screwed

The town of Tioga needs money so bad that there's no justice here. They'll find any way of screwing you out of a buck. No justice in this town. You're taxed out of sight and if you wind up in one of these courts: forget it: you're guilty. They need the money. Guess money talks here.
