Access Transportation Poor Care, Rashes On My Rectum, Inability To Take Care Of My Lymphodema

I am writing to advise that Saint Johnsville Nursing and Rehab Center in Saint Johnsville, New York took severe advantage of me by taking poor care of me while I was an inpatient in their facility. I would appreciate if someone could take action against the facility.

I am also writing to advise that Access Transportation in Fort Plain, New York took severe advantage of me by providing poor service while I was an inpatient at Saint Johnsville Nursing and Rehab Center. I would appreciate if someone would take care of this matter.
