Dropped of a rx to be filled at pharmacy dept on 11/30/10. Contact # was requested and given. Phoned in a refill to same pharmacy on eve of 11/30/10. Went to pick up rx's on eve of 12/2/10 and was advised that refill was not instock and would need to be ordered... Asked then y was i not called at the contact #. He advised he did not know someone's error... Then i was advised other rx was not covered by my ins and out of pocket cost was $400. Again i asked why i was not called... Again he advised he did not know. When i asked where i could send a complaint he advised he did not know. Very poor customer service and will never shop there again.
