My wife felt she needed glasses she has been having trouble with her eyes. She wants to go to target because its around the corner from us but I look up insurance VSP which says we only would pay $15 for an eye exam when Target wants $55 because they are not contracted with VSP. She goes down there and never had an eye exam before they tell her it will cost $80 after insurance pays $142 she not knowing what to do says okay and gets the exam. They charge her all this extra money to take pictures of her eye ball with a cheap digital camera saving the pictures on a PC. Then they wont give her eye perscription she has to call them 3 times to get them to call back.
After 3 calls she goes back in they give her the perscription which she tells them she wants contacts. Well we drive to walmart to get contacts and she says the perscription is for glasses not contacts. She was never told that all this extra stuff would cost us $80 and she didn't need it to get the perscription. We asked the doctor at target and she said she never heard of charging someone that much. I should have just gone to target in the first place. Now my wife is very unhappy been almost a week of trouble to get some contacts.
