In short: My prescription for eye glasses and contacts are wrong. Dr. Is keeping the money. I feel rob. What should I do to get another eye exam done?
In detail: On 5/28, I went to America'sBest for eye exam in Mobile. During the eye exam, I've told the Dr. C0x that I wasn't see thru her instrument clearly. She insisted on it is fine (while I can't see clearly). As a result, the trail pair of contacts from her were good. I had to see with eyes squat. I explain the problem to her and she said I was rude and was going to call the police. I talk to a sheriff and sheriff told me there were many complaints against them.
I feel robbed for $99 and left with prescription which doesn't work. I need to get new eye glasses. What should I do? Would you suggest me to get the new glasses with Dr. Cox's prescription which does not fit me?
