Bank overcharge. No product recieved

I requested a totally free test of stunning brite teeth whitener. I've not obtained my free test to date. Taking a look at my bill today I came across the organization have billed me $99.70 to get a merchandise that I've not obtained. I'm really pissed off... Be informed if purchasing any teeth whitener items out of this organization.
