I purhased a Spring Air mattress on 7/17/05 from Mattress Gallery in Carmel, Indiana. The name of the mattress is Evening Sunset, Euro Pillowtop.
The mattress has developed a severe depression right in the center of the bed and the depression is over 1.5" deep. It is impossible for two people to sleep on the mattress without rolling into one-another all night.
When I went to Mattress Gallery they told me that they no longer support this product and referred me to a local rep. The local rep referred me to Spring Air. [email protected] referred me to Consolidated Bedding Consolidated Bedding doesn't return phone calls.
Don't ever buy a Spring Air or Consolidated Bedding product unless you want to get stuck with defective merchanise.
