I ordered 2 bottles of supplements from this company for the 1st time and I did not receive the products despite being charged on my credit card. I have already made a dispute at my credit card company and the case is pending. This company deny not shipping out the products and claims to be unable to track the shipment. I urge vitacart to produce the receipt from the post office. I made my order on 17 Feb and this is their email when I informed them that I did not receive the shipment.
