I ordered hair products from this company on Jan. 8. When I still had not received a shipping notice a week later I called to find out the status of my order.
Unlike most ripped-off consumers, my call was answered. The woman who answered was very apologetic and said my shipment had been delayed because the company was in the middle of an "upsizing." I wasn't sure what that meant but she said my products would go out that day or the next and I would receive shipment confirmation.
Two weeks later and 22 days after ordering, I had still not received my products. I have not received a response to my email and have only reached voicemail (which gives an error message and disconnects) in subsequent calls.
I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. They say they'll temporarily remove the charge, pending an investigation.
Apparently "upsizing" actually means "scheme to cheat customers."
