I've been a faithful client with CVS for several years. My spouse and that I have all our medications filled Available #6049, situated in Staten Island NY. I've been completing lots of medicine within this shop.
Lately I've had an issue having a pharmacist. The issue began per month before, me and my spouse continued a vacation in Pocono, PA. My spouse forgot to load her Jan prescription on her contraception which she'd 5 replacements, therefore we visited the nearest CVS to load it. The pharmacist informed us that she can’t utilize her insurance with this specific refill, since it is beyond NY and he or she had Medicare. Therefore we paid of wallet without any difference. This month after I named the CVS drugstore to-order my wife’s replenish the pharmacist explained that her medicine continues to be used in another shop. I told them we’ve completed no such issue. I show the pharmacist what occurred last month and he or she explained that I moved. I told her we required one replenish last month in the Pocono CVS. She didn’t wish to pay attention to me and grew to become rude in my experience. Therefore, I questioned her to please move the prescription back again to this shop, that we hadn’t completed within the first place. She explained we can’t, since it can’t be achieved. I expected her why, but she held being really unpleasant with me. I expected for her title and so I may contact the physician, and also have them contact her, therefore we are able to call-in the software. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER TITLE and explained the physician may call-in to keep in touch with “some additional pharmacist” for that info but obviously “she” didn't wish to assist us. I've been really furious and annoyed within this issue. I've never had a person support consultant be reluctant to provide me their title, particularly when requested.
Later today my spouse and that I chose to close-out our balances with CVS and we shall move all our medicine to Walgreens. We determined that people don't wish to accomplish anymore company with store till we get an apology in the pharmacist or even the shop.
