I had three prescriptions with the same drug because the doctor messed up and instead of giving 2 prescriptions ended up giving me 4. The pharmacist at the counter wouldn't hear my explanation and told me to come backin an hr. I returned in an hour and they took an additional 40 mins. Then as I paid for my prescription I noticed I only got one prescription but not the other 2 at which point the pharmacist told me they couldn't charge the same medication on my insurance twice and asked me to pay in cash for my other prescription. I refused to do that. They were very uncooperative even when telling me how much cash to pay for them. I asked them then to contact the doctor which they should have told me when I first dropped off the prescriptionso I could have called the doctor instead of waiting around for 1 hr and 40mins. Ultimately the doctor had left, I am leaving town tomorrow night and don't have all medications. Terrible pharmacist. Never going to Safeway pharmacy again.
