Item was delivered in my experience, after I bought another item. I had been billed 49.95 plus international purchase charge of 1.00. I named to protest the cash was obtained from my bill. They offered me a Return Merchandise Authorization #. I obtained the merchandise and didn't actually start it. I wrote the RMA# all around the little container and delivered it. I had been billed on June 25, delivered the merchandise September 1 but still till nowadays haven't obtained my refund (July 1) I've named many times plus they inform me I'll get a e-mail within 12 times, don't get mail or reimbursement.
