Where do the problems begin? I pulled up my credit report and found Risk Management Alternatives stating that I owe $7404 to a creditor name Citi Auto.
First off, I don't even know what Citi Auto is. When I called them to let them know that it was wrong, all I got was "you have to pay this bill and this is an attempt to collect a debt. If you don't pay then we will garnish your wages".
I was so frustrated by the time that I got off the phone, that I didn't know what to do. The following week they called and told me again that they were a collection agency and that I owe Citi Auto. I told them once again that I do not owe them anything, that it was not my problem if they got there information wrong but indeed they have the wrong person. She then told me to dispute it with Citi Auto. When I call Citi Auto, they didn't know what I was talking about. Talk about a headache. Now I am stuck with a $7404 bill on my credit that I don't think will ever come off my credit report.
