Nutralane is a company that seeks to defraud individuls.in a phone conversation held with the customer service department on July 27, I was told that I could not receive a refund on product that I had returned to them (I paid for the return) because I didn't follow procedure.
My question is what does Nutralane do with all of the product that is returned without a return number written on it?
Hopefully, I'll fine my postal receipt that has the company address writtten on it.
I have cancelled my service and am waiting for the second shipment so that I can follow their procedure.
Steve who was very rude to me refused to let me talk to his superior. Hopefully a law firm will see that this company's operations are less than honest and shut them down.
